HOW DO I COMMISSION AN ARTWORK?

The best way to start the commission process is to send through an enquiry using the contact form on the contact page. Alternatively, you can directly email hello@lucymim.com with your request and she will be in touch. 

WHAT SIZE ARTWORK CAN YOU PRODUCE?

The sky is the limit. If you have a large artwork in mind, she can definitely work to your needs. Keep in mind this may cause production time to increase and delivery costs pending on the size of artwork.  

DO YOUR ARTWORKS COME FRAMED?

All original artworks and framed prints are presented in light oak, which is a signature Lucy Mim style. Framing for commission pieces are finalised in consultation with Lucy Mim as part of creating your bespoke artwork. 

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

All artwork is painted by Lucy Mim at her studio located in Newcastle, NSW Australia, created on and inspired by Awabakal land. Locally based clients are more than welcome to pick up their works instead of shipping. 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Commission pieces and original artworks are non-refundable for change of mind purchases. If a painting or print arrives damaged, please take a photo and immediately notify Lucy Mim. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, Lucy Mim creates commission pieces and sells original artworks internationally. Please contact Lucy Mim to arrange shipping accordingly.
